Looking back at these years of learning, practicing, observing, analyzing, confronting problems, solving them, and searching for answers - I’ve arrived at a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.
Quietly, I’ve been moving away from the narrow frame of “health” toward something broader - toward life, people, and our shared human experience.
In the past year, my consultations have naturally shifted toward support, guidance, and helping others make sense of (the knowledge they already hold about) their life situations and challenges.
This is where I stand now. 🎈

Sometimes, achieving a goal doesn’t bring the expected sense of completion. When the grey cloud starts to form, it’s time to do some digging before it eats you alive. Temporary distractions offer only short-term relief. Real progress requires directly confronting underlying thoughts and emotions, reflecting on past patterns and traumas, and making deliberate changes with understanding and purpose. Having someone by your side- someone who supports and keeps you accountable- can make this process manageable.
